What happens after you hire me?
A clear picture of what the onboarding process looks like from day one.
Once you decide to move forward with JM Virtual Solutions, here is exactly what happens next.
Step 1 — Proposal and agreement
You receive a written proposal outlining the scope of work, rate, and engagement terms. Once you approve, a simple service agreement will be signed by both parties.
Step 2 — Onboarding call
We schedule a 30–60 minute onboarding call to go over everything in detail — your tools, workflows, communication preferences, priorities, and expectations.
Step 3 — Access and setup
You provide access to the tools and platforms I will be working in — CRM, email, social media accounts, project management tools, etc. All credentials are handled securely.
Step 4 — First week
The first week is used to get fully oriented — understanding your business, your clients, your tone of voice, and your existing processes. Expect daily check-ins during this period.
Step 5 — Regular cadence begins
After the first week, we settle into a regular working rhythm — daily tasks, EOD reports, weekly summaries, and scheduled check-ins based on what works best for you.
